The Inceptor Innovators Essay Competition – For College and University Students

This competition invites you to explore the challenges facing your region, identify a critical issue affecting residents, and propose a tech-based solution.
Explore the challenges in your region and identify a pressing issue affecting the residents. In a 500 – 700 word essay, analyze the societal impact of this problem and propose a practical, tech based solution. Articulate how your innovation fosters sustainable development and enhances community well being. Submit your essay to compete for the opportunity to receive training and mentorship, enabling you to implement your solution and make a real difference in your community.
Eligibility
Applicant must be a student in a recognized university or college in the East African region
Guidelines
- Applicant must not submit more than one application
- The essay must be the original work of the applicant. The use of AI and virtual assistance will lead to automatic disqualification.
- Entry to the competition is free of charge
Timeline
Submissions open on 17th July 2024 and close on 31st August 2024.
