IT Training & Placement Program Process
Below is step by step procedure of how we carry out our ICT courses training and placement program in Kenya.
Computers Courses in Kenya Training
We identify students who are interested in ICT courses through an aptitude test or business idea presentations. We pick the students and train them on various computer studies courses areas with an objective of making them all rounded web developers, mobile application developers, digital marketers, etc.
Internship/Route to Market Program
After training we either attach students to our partner companies or get them into our “route to market program”. In this program students identify viable problems in the market, talk to the relevant industries that are affected by the problem and then come up with a technical viable solution that addresses that particular problem. This exercise helps candidates to know how to apply their computer programing skills and also help us gauge their strength and weaknesses which we later address on a session referred to as a “make up session” which looks at revising areas where students had a hard time with.
Job Placement
After a student has successfully gone through training. We place our graduates into our various partner companies or mentor them through working on online freelancing platforms in Kenya like eBrace, and international like Fiverr, Freelance.com. Most of the most common online job opportunities related to our computer courses include, graphic design, digital marketing, Software Development, Mobile App Development, Website Development, cyber Security and IT Support. For a student to qualify for any of these placements, they should attain distinction, in their Assignments, Projects and internship.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
