Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy Trainer/Instructor Job

We are seeking to recruit experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the above positions.

Key qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or a Higher National Diploma or KNEC or NITA Diploma in any of the following specializations; Beauty/Therapy/Cosmetology, Hair Dressing, or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
• 2 years teaching experience.
• Aged 25-35 years

Responsibilities

• Train students in areas of specialization skills.
• Supervising trainers’ projects and practical work
• Training Enrich the existing Curriculum to include emerging trends in the Hair Dressing Industry.
• Develop lesson plans for training.
• Take part in recruitment process of the new students.
• Provide mentorship to the students.
• Prepare them for formal projects/trade test and work environment.
