The Fashion Design management diploma qualification comprises of the necessary competencies for an individual to be competent to oversee a fashion design studio. It includes overseeing the design, manufacture, and ornamentation of materials as well as the creation of clothing for women, gentlemen, and children. In addition, it entails designing and making shoes, bags, and jewellery in addition to clothing for special events like weddings, athletic wear, lingerie, and uniforms. CDACC Program
The course is assessed both internally and externally. Internal assessment is continuous and conducted by trainers, while external assessment is performed by assessors appointed by TVET CDACC. Successful completion results in a national certificate of competency then issued by TVET CDACC in conjunction with Inceptor Institute of Technology.
Entry Requirements

The student should at least meet one of the following requirements:
- Attained KCSE with a mean grade of C- (Minus)
- Hold a Certificate in Fashion Design Level 5
- Hold equivalent qualifications in a related field, as determined by the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA)/ relevant regulatory body.
Course Details
CDACC Program
- Duration: 3 Years/ 12 Terms
- Cost: 42,500 per term (Assessment fee to be paid separately)
- Industrial attachment
An individual enrolled in this course will be required to undergo an industrial attachment in an ICT firm for a period of at least 12 Weeks. Attachment will be undertaken upon completion of the course or the unit of learning.
