Human Resource Management Diploma; CDACC Program
The course is assessed both internally and externally. Internal assessment is continuous and conducted by trainers, while external assessment is performed by assessors appointed by TVET CDACC. Successful completion results in a national certificate of competency then issued by TVET CDACC in conjunction with Inceptor Institute of Technology.
Entry Requirements
-High passion and interest in HRM.

The student should at least meet one of the following requirements:
- Attained KCSE with a mean grade of C- (Minus).
- Hold a Human Resource Management Level 5 certification with at least one year of continuous experience in the industry
- Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) Competence Certificate from a recognised assessment centre on any of the units of competency in human resource management
- Hold equivalent qualifications in a related field, as determined by the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA).
Course Details
CDACC Program
- Duration: 2 Yrs 6 Months/ 10 Terms
- Cost: Ksh. 45,000 per term (Assessment fee to be paid separately)
- Industrial Attachment: The training course requires the trainee to undergo field training and assessment with a recognized ICT firm before completion. The trainee must spend at least 12 weeks on supervised and assessed field attachment.
