ZAP – On-the-job Skills Training in Kenya
Equipping Youth with Skills for the Current Job Market
ZAP is a skills development program powered by Vezill, designed to address youth unemployment in Kenya and across Africa through practical, market-driven training.
The program focuses on short, relevant, and marketable life and digital skills that enable participants to either enter the labor market or start their own income-generating ventures.
ZAP applies an on-the-job training model complemented by structured mentorship, ensuring participants can effectively apply their skills to meet the demands of today’s job market. The program aims to create a pool of skilled individuals and link them with clients or employers who are actively seeking these competencies.
The training period ranges from 1 to 6 months, depending on the selected skill track.
