If you decide that it’s not for you, just let us know and you’ll be issued a full and prompt refund, no questions asked.
You have between the 7th and 14th from the date of the entry to request a refund for the eBrace Sign-up fee. Any refund request after the 14th day time limit will not be honored.
- Monthly Subscriptions:
If Member signs up eBrace or services that are subscription based, Member agrees to pay a monthly subscription fees with the, Mpesa, credit card, or bank transfer, unless the Member quitting the program.
Member understands and agrees that each renewal subscription fees is nonrefundable and will not be prorated as the service is deemed used when accessed.
Member authorizes Company to initiate debit entries from the account provided for the subscription fee, as well as any other purchases made on the Site. Member may cancel at any time to discontinue billing and subscription.
