Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Content Creator to create FUN, relevant and engaging content for our social media platforms. You will work with the Digital Media Manager to create original premium videos, graphics & documents content, manage posts, build our online community and enhance engagements. Your primary focus will be creating video based content to build a Tik Tok community, which may be repurposed across other media (Facebook and Instagram). As a Content Creator, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Ongoing University Student
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Social Media Following: Good number of relevant audiences

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Planning, creating and posting premium content that aligns with our brand’s vision, style, and messaging.
• Create content that can be repurposed on other social media platforms like Instagram and X
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
• Develop and Maintain a consistent posting schedule to grow our social media presence and increase viewer engagement.

Requirements:

• Seriously, be an awesome person. If the vibes aren’t good, we aren’t interested.
• Have a TikTok/Instagram community you’re proud of.
• Be really good at creating videos that people like you would love.
• Have an exciting sense of style.
• Speak good English
• Proven experience creating engaging content on TikTok or similar platforms.
• Excellent video editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content using a smartphone.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and the ability to adjust strategies based on performance data.

Location:

The Ideal candidate should be able to work virtually but be easily accessible to Nairobi where our office is located.

Although this is a hybrid (mostly remote) role, it is important that you can access our office easily and affordably should you need to come in for content creation purposes.

Hybrid required to be on-site 1 to 2 days a week to interact with the rest of the team and create content
